Why we exist
Hawai‘i Community Foundation (HCF) launched House Maui to bring together a diverse group of voices from all sectors to create a sustainable housing market for Maui’s families. We believe that if we work together, we can solve this crisis and generations of kama‘āina can continue to call Maui home.
Advisory Council
The 14-member Advisory Council was formed in April 2020 and consists of a diverse group of representatives from various sectors of the community, including government, private business, and nonprofit organizations. The Council meets regularly to review strategies and make recommendations to HCF on housing policy, initiative strategy, and other community matters.
